I was told there will be 4 rounds, 1st round was the HR round. I cleared the 1st round, I received a call from another HR to schedule my Technical round. As I was not clearly explained the job roles and responsibilities by the previous HR and was told to ask the next HR, I asked the same HR who called to inform me that I have cleared the 1st round about job roles and responsibilities. Guess what happened, before I asked her my question, she told me that I'll get a call from someone from the Technical department on this date and at this time. However I never got that call, in fact I followed up with the vendor HR as well as the HR from Koch and each time HR would say that She will call me and schedule the Technical round and it never happened. I realised if there interview process is so pathetic and they keep the candidates waiting and not even clearly explain why they aren't clearly telling me the status of my job application. I decided not to follow up again and thought it would be better not to join such a company. Fyi, I have cleared interview for Microsoft as well in past and I know I was good enough for the job but it was there incompetent HRs who couldn't clearly state the reason for setting up wrong expectations from the beginning.
