Entretien
I applied online and was contacted by HR within a week. Coincidentally I was approached by someone else in HR on linkedin and invited to apply around the same time. There was a Phone Screen, followed by an interview panel with some white-board programming afterwards. The atmosphere of the interview was very friendly and open to discussion. The experience was much better than you'd expect from a typical panel interview.
After the interview I was given a tour. HR sent me a link for some IQ & psychometric type tests (I've never been a fan of these and hopefully I did not botch them up too badly). HR was very friendly and thorough. The whole process was coordinated smoothly.

General Programming questions: Discuss Symbols vs Strings. What's they difference, when would you use one vs the other. What are your favorite Ruby Gems? I was also asked if I played ping-pong. A white board exercise followed after.

Data structures, algorithms, and other UIs. The interviewers were very polite and helpful throughout the interview process. I was nervous but it was a great learning experience. Good luck in your search for a a SE.

Entretien
First was introduced to an internal recruiter that works primarily with the team applied for. Had a phone interview with the recruiter shortly after. Then was set up with an in-person interview with 3 of the team members on the team applied for as well as the recruiter also. I was given a brief tour of the floor where the team operates. Many questions focused on personality to ensure a great culture fit.
