At first, recruiter was very communicative via e-mail and phone call. First round was a phone screen, then an in person interview with a few associates and lastly a case study. A different employee who I did not meet or speak to informed me a week later that I did not receive the position. I asked for feedback to know why I was not found to be a good fit but they didn't get back to me.
