I was referred through IDC technologies for this company.and was interviewed for a GCP + Spark role.
I cleared all the 3 rounds including the one with CTO as well. They asked me for various documents and salary slip to roll out an offer. After a week they informed me that the client have asked for candidates who have experience in Java . I was asked to give a test in Java in which my code was rejected because it didn't ran on the mentioned compiler.
After clearing all rounds and having submitted my documents. It's really unprofessional; why can't you mention the JD and all requirements before hand? It's demoralising for the candidate not to get an offer after clearing all the rounds.
Pathetic interview experience. Would never want to join such an organisation that focuses on a specific solution rather than analyzing your approach.
Advice to management: Please don't play with a candidates emotion. Atleast keep him/her informed about the process. Our time is as important as yours. So respect it.
