Interview process was fairly informal as I was referred by an employee. Got a tour of the building and given a broad overview of the role. Then had a one on one with the VP of National Accounts to go over my resume and other skill sets.

They go thru peoples' resume, ask for experience and situational questions. Most important qualification is experience in customer service. The office environment looks mostly business casual. Usually people will get interview by 3 or more people same day. First it will be the team leader, then someone from Management (Division/ Senior), then will be a VP of the department they are hiring for.
