Firstly, an initial interview with HR followed by another interview with one of the director's secretary. If everything goes well, the final meeting is organised with the directors. Even though it was indicated that the third meeting was going to be arranged, I received a sudden automatic response of rejection and no feedback, even though I asked for it explicitly.
