I had a one on one interview with store manager. They were most interested in how many hours that I would be available as a part time employee, as well as over holiday periods. Being in school full time and a single parent made it impossible to work more than 20 hours per week.

i applied online and got called for an interview a few days later, the lady didnt like my brother so she didnt hire me. i didnt reapply or anything like that

Entretien
Was interviewed and hired the same day. Interviewed by HR rep, then interviewed by stores assistant manager. The interviews lasted about a half hour each and they were very friendly. HR was very emotional due to genuinely loving the company and caring of members.

I was not asked specific questions. We spoke about the stores condition, and if I was capable of dealing with difficult members. We discussed also the March of dimes charity, and how the store takes pride of helping the community.

Brief interview, mainly about job experience and work ethic. You interview with Human Resource manager and Store manager. If your applying for a specilized job in a specific department, you may interview with another manager. Usually you will know soon after the interview if you have the job.
