3 separate interview steps for myself. Know Sears and Kmart backgrounds. Financial/reports questions-how familiar are you with P&L, Sales goals, Metrics & goals. The assessment tests are lengthy. Expect to stay focused on what you bring to the interview and the company. Guys-Shirt and Tie is a must. Ladies, keep flashy a low to no flash. Personality and thinking on your feet are assets. Drop bys with other executives can and do happen, mid interview or not.

Selling technique question- "Sell me this TV, and the Smart Plan replacement plan. Kmart takes Sears credit card. Persuade me to apply." Be ready for curve balls concerning selling techniques.
