I was emailed with an interview date and time. I arrived 5min early and she was waiting. She asked lots of questions about my job history if I was going back to school and my availability. She asked me lots of experience questions like "What difficult situations have you been in and how did you overcome them." "Have you ever worked with someone who was very negative and how did you deal with it?" Overall there was lots of questions that were far to complex for a job at kmart. I was then asked to come in the next day for a second interview. The questions started over and they were basically the same as before but with a different person.
