I was approached by their hiring manager through LinkedIn first and had a brief call post that where we talked about my background in fintech and investment banking. After that, I was invited for a technical interview. There were a few more rounds with team members through video calls and a final round with the department head, who asked about my previous job and my long-term career goals. Overall, it was an intense yet positive experience. I successfully cleared all the rounds and the hiring team was very nice and made the entire process smooth and easy.
