Two rounds of interviews. The first round was a screener interview by phone, and it took less than 30 minutes. The second round was by videoconference with 3-4 partners that the attorney in that job position would be working with.

Interview process was great. The co-managers were engaging and seemed genuinely concerned with fostering a positive work environment. It was probably the best interview for this type of position thus far.
