They like to hear about safety and that you have researched the history of Klein Steel. If you talk about how you like to work together as a team to stay safe and be productive at the same time you will be a shoe in. As long as you pass the math test you take when you go there to fill out the application. They leave you alone really so you could hop on your phone maybe if you are careful. But the test is easy if you passed HS and have a little common sense

They just ask what is most important to you in a work place and what you would like the company to focus on to benefit you while you work for them. SAFETY is paramount. Say those words they will eat it up.
