Entretien
The procedure is very long, about 7 rounds.
(1) Logic test - not difficult
(2) HR interview - standard questions on why I applied for the position and deep dive on past work experience
(3) Repeat Logic test in front of HR - I did not like this as it show no trust in applicants, however it was similar to the first test and easy
(4) Interview with Hiring Manager - standard questions
(5) Business case - they sent me the day before an excel with some data to analyze and 3-4 questions. I had to prepare a presentation to share the day after
(6) Presentation of Business Case with a potential team member
(7) Behavioural Interview with hiring manager
As anticipated, the process was very long and tiring. The process was managed very well from HR, however after the rejection email only a short explaination was given that I did not have experience in a certain area of the job, and decided not to hire me. I was very disappointed after receiving very positive feedback after every interview, and spending lots of time preparing for each round.

4 stages of interviews, 1st by phone with generic questions, live logical test, manager interview, peer manager interview with another cluster. all made sense at the time - all interviewers were great

Entretien
Did two interviews and then did not receive any response for almost 2 months. Such a shame since it seems like such a good company. Interviewing processes takes a long time but usually the company won’t ghost you and not respond back; which is a little disappointing.
