Very smooth interview process that contained, first of all, a phone call with the recruiter, another interview on the company values and a third one on competences and technical skills.
Very good impression overall. I was offered the job and declined it as the job title was completely different to the one initially advertised and the salary extremely low.
As a recommendation, please, do your benchmarking right and make sure you offer a good remuneration package so that’s our are able to attract the best talent.
Company benefits are not everything. A balanced market salary is also extremely important.

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn about a position at Klarna. We talked on the phone, she scheduled a 15 minute appointment for me to take a supervised logic test. Then I was passed on to another recruiter officer who gave me the language tests, then I had 2 more interviews with the team.
