Great - HR is incredibly friendly and on top of things; interviews were challenging but engaging, and served as a great opportunity to learn more about the role and internal workings of the company.

What were some successes in your past role + how did you tackle and overcome challenges?
Onduidelijk proces, langzame opvolging, gesprek weinig inhoudelijk was voornamelijk informatie versturen. Interviewer maakte geen professionele indruk, geen interview op star methodiek of andere structuur. Dit maakt een gesprek vaag en tijdverspilling.
Multiple steps in the process, including a logical thinking test. The recruiter informed me upfront very well about every step, what to expect, how long will the interview take and who will be interviewing. Overall a good experience.

There was also a case study done during one of the interviews. I was told that beforehand and the material was only shared in the call as previously informed.
