I applied online and received an invitation for a call from a recruiter. In the call, the recruiter told me that the position was cancelled and I had to decide on the spot if I wanted to proceed with a compliance role, otherwise we would close the process. I chose to proceed without any further information about the role, as the recruiter couldn’t answer any questions about the specific role and the compliance team’s work. After the call I was invited to do an online logic test, which was as expected, about 20 questions under time pressure. The result was shown immediately. Some days later I got a follow up call from the recruiter offering me to proceed with the compliance role but I declined.
