J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Klarna (Stockholm, ) en mai 2020
Entretien
I applied online on company's website. A basic, 15 minutes long, logic test followed. Then a discussion with the HR rep, then an interview with the team manager, at the beginning of which I had to re-take a 15 minutes logical test similar with the initial one.
The process (carried online due to the current pandemic) was smooth and pleasant. Though the interviews were carried in a very professional manner, the interviewers had a relaxed attitude and were fully involved throughout the discussion, which allowed me to be genuine and deliver my best.
I hope those who criticize the 15 minutes logic tests to find themselves in the situation of solving elaborate, hours long online assessments for other companies to later only receive a "Thank you for your application" e-mail.

I first had logic test and then after passing that I had a phone interview. Then from there went into a second interview and was not offered the position at that point.

First stage of the screening process is a spatial reasoning test which is completed online.
You have set time to complete the test. You are not given any results on your performance. I did not progress after this round.
