Scanning interview with HR, then logical test, then interview with a delivery lead. Took a long time to get hold of the HR recruiter and then radio silence for two weeks. I haven't received any constructive feedback and minimum communication.

Entretien
Instead of checking the knowledge and skills of the candidate, this company gives you "Abstract Reasoning test". This test has no use neither proves that a candidate has a thinking abilities. There is no logic in those tests, but rather rules to practice and learn (not for free of course). No clarity of what is passing score, but just rejection after doing it. Shame on such insulting companies for which such tests is a most important professional judgment.

Entretien
Structured interview process and friendly people. Recruiter are very responsive and provide clear information. Logical test is easy to clear and need to go through the Klarna leadership principles before Bar raiser interview.

Entretien
The interview was split up into 3 rounds:
1. HR
2. Logical ability Test
3. Lead/Manager
It was very warm and welcoming in the first round, rightly explained roles and responsibilities. However, I was rejected post-first-round stating not appropriate hands-on experience on Agile (feedback which I had requested). To my knowledge it seems, since I required a visa sponsorship hence rejected, as the organization might have found someone readily available with working rights.
