Confusing Process; 3 woman panel; depressing atmosphere; unwelcoming spirit given to me; did not explain the job successfully; told me how stressful and tiring the job would be; 3 women in Quality in a panel. I arrived an hour early, dark suit, brought samples of work, excellent credentials but they almost seemed as if they were trying to disqualify me verses hire me. Very catty group
