No respect for anyone's time. I did 4 rounds of interviews. The third round itself was 3 interviews that lasted 3 hours with 5 people. After the 4th round which was a mock test that was outdated they said they were going with another candidate because of my skillset... which was known from the beginning? I wish they didn't string me along, what made it worse is that the entire time they were giving positive and encouraging signs that it was a good fit. One of the interviewers also blatantly went on his phone during the interview.
