Basic Interview from an inexperience team lead. No major questions asked as she only indicated that she has never done an interview before. She also indicated that she really likes me. I should have taken this as a red flag... I GUESS skill set is not important for such a position.

the first interview was with HR, and it was standard. 2nd with the manager and asked standard questions as background and if can work in a fast-paced environment. 3rd interview was with the director and asked question of why I wanted to work with project coordination, what people say about me, what I am known for, How is the relationship that I build with clients and so on.

Well explanation of the position but overall the interview was very subjective. The Interviewer did not even took notes and she was not even prepared for it. No technical questions and a few skills questions.
