Applied to company through University's career portal. 2 phone interviews with excel exercise in between. First two phone interviews were with Flex HR, and outsourced recruiting company. Next round was Skype/in-person interview: spoke with 2 groups of current employees, 4 people in each. After in-person/Skype interview came a final exercise.
