I apply online. They send me an email telling me that I have a interview in a few days. It was not a call but a email. I will say that I think sending a email is impersonal to set up an interview. I just move to a new city a few days before the interview and on my way to the interview I accidently went the wrong way. I ended up coming to the interview about 10 mins late. The host made a comment about me being late and I told her that I just moved to a new city and I'm late because I went the wrong way. I'm the type of person that always early and I would have been if I didn't go the wrong way. I understance that being late to interview was not the best thing to do. But people make mistakes. I was willing to wait as long as they wanting me to for the interview including people after me. Instead the Host told me to go home and maybe I could come Thursday if they didn't hire anyone else. I will not be coming back.. I do not need to work for a company like that.

It was a very quick, casual interview process in which the interviewer mainly asked behavioral questions. The questions they asked pertained to my capabilities of working in a fast-paced environment and teamwork.
