Okay. They just ask you questions. Some are scenario base. They also emphasize on experience. You get paid by experience. Interview was in a small cramped office shared by both the Director and Assistant Director of the center you applied for. It was an easy interview.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
