Turns out they hire and train at one location, but you work at another so while the one you get hired at may seem like a great work environment be careful to ask that this is the location you will actually work at. Got hired on the spot.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
