The interview process was pretty mild. I first got a call form a coordinator. She asked me a few questions like what age group I wanted to work with, what experience I had etc.

I was interviewed by the Director and Assistant Director. They asked me questions about my experience with childcare. After my interview, I was contacted again to come back for a few hours the following day for a working interview.
