Are you serious? Harassing people who are interested in working for you ... before they work for you? Pay is low relative to other firms. Test was untimed (explicitly it said so) and I feel the hiring standards were unfair (since by email I was given a 2-hour cutoff). Smells of bias. Strange. Very weird. Don't work here.
