The interviewer asks a couple of simple questions. Then he describes the company environment and what kind of culture Kiewit preaches. He then follows up with some general questions that are stated at the bottom. He will then ask if you have any questions for him.
The process was rather straight forward. They did not reply for a while. I submitted by resume and answered a few questions they had. Asked if I was willing to travel for work.

The interviewers from Kiewit were very kind and made me feel comfortable. They asked all the basic interview questions and were responsive to my questions. There were 3 people interviewing me.

The interview was about 15 minutes long. It was fairly informal, laid back, and conversational. She asked what I was seeking in an internship, my likes and dislikes about my previous employer, and my strengths and weaknesses.
