I was contacted by a contractor for an interview at Kiewit. Met with the Design Lead and Supervisor. The Design Lead asked most of the questions while the Supervisor was working in her laptop. I didn't know why she even attended the interview. The Lead had a few strange that really didn't pertain to the job. This will be contract with no movement to direct.

Which would you choose. To get the drawing perfect and miss the delivery date. Or, get it correct with some error and meet the delivery date.
