Applied online and was selected for interview 2 days later. Completed on-site interview with department manager and 3 employees. Difficult interview due to the barrage of questions. Four people asking questions constantly for an hour, felt like I was under attack. Not a positive interview either. They did not believe the size and scale of the projects I had worked on. And constantly asked similar questions of each other's.

Very informative! They try to talk to you before the interview to provide some more information about the company, job, environment, etc. The interview its self felt like just a regular conversation almost like with someone I already know.
