Quick phone call interview with a recruiter, then a zoom interview with a higher up construction manager, and after that I did another interview with a more beginner engineer and it was more an overview of how it is to work there and if you are a good fit.

Screened by a phone interview with a recruiter. Followed up with an in-person interview with two on-site engineers. On-site interviewers mostly asked about job and school experience by reviewing the resume. Questions were geared towards general problem-solving approaches and teamwork strategies. Before arriving to on-site interview sessions, recruiter told me to watch and take notes on a “Day in the Life” video, but the video’s content never came up in the interview.
