Firstly, there will be an introduction of the department, secondly, there will be a session of getting to know each other, then there will be some team activities in groups, and then there will be personal interviews. Very chill process, we sat and talked with emerging talent managers and people who have done the graduate role, and then had an interview with some questions about health and safety and some light technical questions. Good interview
