small shop, they did 5 rounds without knowing what they really want. after 1 month waiting for an answer they said they changed their mind and do not offer that particular job anymore. Extremely frustrating! But, just after one day they placed another job ad and started to interview again for the same position (just slightly changed job ad up to a ridiculous level). All in all, they practically lied to the candidates who were in the first trial. I strongly advise you not to proceed with that company if you don't want to be treated dishonestly.
