A quick response to offering an interview after application was submitted. Interview made up of three panel members including the CEO. I found the trustee member on the panel a little reserved upon arrival and seemed to present themselves inferior than others. Another panel member refused to shake my hand, and this makes one wonder whether this was a direct discrimination on their part due to my race and religion. This was my assumption and it did not give me comfort to participate in the interview to the best of my ability when the welcome felt like walking into a dungeon with negative vibes given out with and first impressions tarnished with a horrid welcome. I felt I knew with these events from the onset that I will not be given the job regardless of how much effort I was to put into the interview and it was off putting. The CEO on the other hand seemed like a lovely person, who in my opinion tried to make the setting somewhat comfortable, I think she ought to re think their interview panel members for future purposes as it did not give out positive vibes about the organisation. Interview lasted 1 hour, with questions all based from the JD.
