The interview was very pleasant, two interviewees were present, one actively asked questions, the other wrote down the answers, and at the end asked a question. The questions were related to the daily duties of the practitioner, safeguarding.

The interview process was what you would expect in interview for early years. Many of the questions were about safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, child protection and rights and development, British values.

Entretien
The colleagues were very nice respectful and helpful. The whole way through the process they explained to me what challenges I would be taking and how I could tackle them. They also helped me get a clear understanding of this is what I would be doing and to still make sure if I am equipped to handle it.
