The interview process was a little bit different than most companies. Kickoff requires you to acquire your own client and start training them for a trial period. They give you feedback on what you’re doing well and also what you need to fix in order to be hired as a trainer. You get paid for this client and once you pass, you will start receiving marketplace clients.
