I was invited to interview by my friend recommendation. In the first interview I was spoke with HR department manager. Second interview was just basic skills assessment. Finally, last third interview was coding session about 3 hours. I was given 5 task to do. multi-threading, simple OOP code challenge and solving algorithmic problem.
