Phone screen consited of simple questions about personal hobbies, and overall professional experience. Not in depth/technical questions. A week later, face-to-face interview was made in English/Spanish at group panel. Had almost the same questions from phone screen. Overall felt friendly and simple. Job offer was made over the phone the same week of the last interview.
