Not too technical or overwhelming, with a focus on your experience, mindset, and fit for the role. The process usually moves fairly quickly (often within a week or two) and tends to feel more like a normal conversation than a high-pressure test. I liked that they were very welcoming.

Shows up 15 minutes early, was greeted by staff, told them I was there for an interview, they contacted the general manager and I waited a little bit for the manager to show up and once I met him he introduced himself with a firm handshake he asked me to follow him to his office and then asked me to sit down and he interviewed me right there then he got his general sales manager after he finished interviewing me and then I was interviewed by the general sales manager and also met with a firm handshake and similar questions
