They bring you in for 2 HALF DAYS! If you are a REAL working adult...Let them know to not waste your time. I spent 4 hours for 2 days interviewing would be co-workers. The environment is very young and lacks diversity. They will admit that the company is struggling and they need help bringing it out of the dumps. You will interview with about 6-7 people each time you go in. They will all ask you the same questions. I was told that my recruiter would follow up with me on a decision. She never did. It took me calling and emailing several times, for almost 2 months. Finally, someone else called me and told me that the reason why she never answered my emails or phone calls was because she wasn't sure of the status. This is Recruiter 101! Always keep your candidate WARM! Even if you don't know the answer pick up the phone and tell them that you are still waiting on a response! I was finally told that they went with a candidate with more Sales experience. Even though I was initially told they wanted a more entry level candidate with 0-2 years of sales experience as listed on the job description. Personally, I have 2-3 years. So you hired someone with more, and wasted 2 days of my time? Please do better!
