Preliminary phone interview; I was looking for a summer internship but they were hiring for spring at the time so it didn't work out but it was a pleasant experience

I applied online then a few days later I received a phone call from the internal recruiter to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, she asked me a few questions about myself & what do I know about Kforce. Then she set me up an interview with the managing director & the client relationship manager. After I met with them, I received another call from the internal recruiter asking how the interview went and to set up an interview with the account manager. After meeting with the account manager, I received a phone call from the internal recruiter asking how the interview went & an offer.
