Met with a "managing director II Tech Flex" or whatever absurd title he had at a coffee shop. I basically started by telling him I didn't want to go back into staffing but he sold me on it. Then I spoke with another leader with an absurd title, then I met with the team in person. Then I spoke with the exec VP of the department.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
