The Kforce recruiter reached out to me through a professional network and requested a call to discuss my "motivations" etc. I agreed, set up a date and time, and when the day came... nothing. They ghosted me. I literally walked outside, in the cold, rainy weather, at my current workplace to make sure I had a good celular signal. I waited for fifteen minutes, but no call came. This wasn't the first time a third-party recruiter hasn't made their own appointment, but it's definitely the last time. I'm done with places like this. And I will be letting everyone know to not bother with recruiting firms like Kforce; people are just numbers to them.
