The interviewer spent the entire time selling me on the job itself. All I had to do was answer if I was interested. The rest of the time was spent explaining benefits of the job and how easy it would be to move into a permanent role with the client they were hiring for. One thing they stressed was that the client (Connect your Care or CYC) had a strict attendance policy.

Quick and job offered first interview but I declined because the pay was minimal and that could not cover my bills and transportation. Would interview again for another position if suited
This was a fairly typical interview process. It began with a phone interview. I was then called in for a one on one interview, and then finally there was a panel interview.

Interview was over all good but I am being asked to make a $200 payout for a G1 Tracker before I even get started is this legit? I've never been asked to make a payout after getting hired on.
