The worst recruitment process in the world for a simple position. This company invited me and my friends to join their assertment and interview, and the review process took 3 months until we got a rejection email (after a lot of follow-up emails had been sent to them). They don’t respect time and enthusiasm of candidates. They were always late to respond to the results round after round to take the process longer. As discussed, they offered only the disadvantageous term for their employees: work by shift, including weekends, a 1-year contract after the trial period, low salary. So if the candidate is an ex-pat, we do not recommend you to work in this company

Just asked what customer service is and if i play games, asked about recent experience in gaming industry and customer service industry. i thought there will be another interview but i was shocked i got the job offer right away
