I went through 2 online interviews. The first was more focused on behavioral questions and the second was more about team fit. Both interviews went well and were very positive. During the second interview, I had the feeling that I was already accepted by the team judging by the information they shared. Unfortunately, I was refused in a week with the explanation "we found a better fit". I consider this disrespectful and two-face as long I have all required qualifications according to the job description.
