A director headhunted me on LinkedIn. After the CV screening interview, I was told to prepare an in-person presentation about the industry and my approach to the role. Questions about myself and my presentation were asked. After all of that, I followed up a few times but never heard back from them at all. No email, no call, nothing.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews with management, director and technical people. The experience was quite informal every time and happened online and in-person. I haven't visited the office once. Overall impression was good. Ended up not getting an offer.
