Entretien
First Interview structured in two phases:
- First Step: 1to1 interview with a Recruiter about personality, studies, motivation, previous work experiences and how your skills can be spent for the positions. This first interview lasts about 30 minutes. After the first interview, the same day, they ask you to respond quietly to two paper based tests in the format true/false questions, multiple choices and cross better answer (Personality Test and IQ test).This second passage lasts about 1 hour.
- Second Step: Skype interview whit a Keyence' Manager. He/She (in my case was a young woman) ask you some generic question about your studies and especially about your motivations about the choices of your application. It lasts about 15 minutes.

Processo di regruiting chiaro, anche se un pochino troppo lungo (4 colloqui tra cui 3 a distanza e 1 in presenza con il CEO dal giappone). Alla fine se hai un buon background vieni sempre preso in considerazione.
Strutturato in diversi step: prima chiacchierata con HR, ulteriore colloquio con HR, colloquio con manager del reparto scelto, colloquio con CEO, colloquio con altri manager del reparto. Ogni step fornisce un feedback dopo circa una settimana e nel mentre ci sono alcuni test logici e attitudinali a cui rispondere

Entretien
Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung auf Bewerbung über Instaffo, zunächst kurzes Telefoninterview anschließend Einladung zum Video Call. Im Video Call eine kurze Einschätzung und Orientierung durch gezielte Fragen und anschließend eine kurze Case Study; Verkäufer in einem Schmuck- und Uhrenladen soll Kunden bedienen und auf Wünsche eingehen. Dabei drauf achten offene Fragen zu stellen, da der Kunde sonst nur mit "ja" oder "nein" antwortet
