Very one sided process.
1) Mechanical Aptitude Test - It's very straight forward, but be sure to look over some mock tests just in case.
2) 15 min phone screen - Talk with HR. Tell them your top 3 places to live, and a little background about yourself.
3) Webcam/pre recorded interview. Make sure to do the practice question several times. Be enthusiastic and to the point with your answers. Wear a suit and make sure you conduct the interview in a place free of distractions (noise and background objects).
4) Personality Test - This is where my road ended. I'm a very motivated person who is not afraid of taking risks. This is a Japanese company so I suspect they are selecting more conservative, by the books sort of people. If given the question "When you see a yellow light, do you speed up or slow down?" I suspect the correct answer would be to slow down. Read about the company, and Japan's culture before taking this test. It's essentially a pass/fail.
