Entretien
Went through several stages. Made it to the final stage where they flew me out to Chicago to have me interviewed by the Chief Operating Officer. I also had to do a 25-minute sales pitch on one of their products. Everything went smoothly. Got home from Chicago and then was notified that they would not be moving forward with my application. Not sure why it is necessary to have candidates travel all the way to the home office. Cost me a lot of time, and energy to not only not receive a job offer. But to also receive no feedback on why that decision was made. I would steer clear of this company in the future and look for better opportunities.

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
